This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you on this website.

This privacy policy covers the IMDOS website and is governed by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), EU Regulation no. 2016/679, of the 27th of April 2016.

Personal data
The IO PAN respects your privacy as a user of the website and ensures the security and confidentiality of all personal data that you need to share while using the website. The IO PAN will not collect any personal information without your agreement under the terms required by the GDPR.

The data collected on the IO PAN website forms will be used exclusively for processing user requests and will not be used for any other purpose, always protecting user confidentiality under the terms of the protection given in the above-mentioned regulations.

The IO PAN is responsible for treating these data and the data are stored in its information systems, which are properly protected. The information gathered can only be accessed and processed by workers of the IO PAN in the course of their duties, with the purpose for which they have been gathered always made clear in the respective documents collecting the data. Other issues to be considered in this area will be dealt with by the IO PAN in accordance with the terms established by the GDPR.

• When you submit an expression of interest

Declaration concerning Copyrights
All contents of whatever nature held by the IMDOS website are protected by law, and it is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, use, modify, sell, publish or use them in any other way, in whatever manner, with the exception of those provided for by the law.

To use quotes or mention sources, a note should be made that identifies the IMDOS as well as the web address of specific contents that have been consulted, mentioning the dates of consultation and update (as shown on the site) of these contents.

Exemption from liability in relation to social networks
The IMDOS views the involvement of members of its community in social networks as a way of encouraging interaction between the IMDOS community and the general public with which it shares interests. Nonetheless, the IMDOS cannot be held responsible for content posted on these networks, which is the sole responsibility of the parties posting them.

Collection and use of technical information
The IMDOS website uses cookies, and the scope of its use is set out in the cookies policy.

Technical information is only held on our servers concerning visits to the IMDOS website, and information that could be used to identify visitors to the site is not collected. Technical information recorded is limited to the following:

• The IP (Internet Protocol) address of the visitor;
• The type of Internet browser used by the visitor to the site and the respective operating system used;
• The day and time of the consultation;
• The pages of the site visited and the documents downloaded. The technical information will only be used for statistical purposes.

The IMDOS website uses:

The IO PAN cannot be held responsible for possible errors in the information or documentation existing on this portal nor for the content of the pages to which links or hyperlinks contained in them take the user.
